SECTION 1 About This Promotion
This Flash Sale is offered by Tri Beauty Ltd, a company incorporated in England & Wales (and trading at 86c Abingdon rd Drayton. All offers are strictly limited to customers aged 18 or over.
SECTION 2 Eligibility –
2.1 This Flash Sale is open only to individuals who are:
(a) aged 18 years or over on the date of purchase; and
(b) able to attend their appointments at Tri Beauty’s UK premises.
2.2 We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity before confirming or delivering any treatment.
2.3 All bookings remain conditional on the completion of a satisfactory medical/health questionnaire. We may decline or modify a treatment where, in our professional opinion, it would be unsafe.
SECTION 3 Pricing & Payment
3.1 Flash-Sale prices apply only when the full treatment cost is paid in advance at the time of purchase.
3.2 All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, cash-outs or refunds are permitted under any circumstances.
3.3 Flash-Sale purchases may not be combined with any other promotion, voucher, loyalty credit or discount.
3.4 Gift cards or gift vouchers issued by Tri Beauty (or third-party gift-card providers) cannot be used to purchase Flash-Sale treatments.

SECTION 4 Bookings & Appointment Scheduling
4.1 Once your Flash-Sale purchase is confirmed, our team will contact you (using the details supplied at checkout) within five working days to arrange your appointment dates and times.
4.2 All appointments must be booked and take place on or before 1 June 2026. No extensions or substitutions will be granted.
4.3 Appointment slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to practitioner and room availability.
4.4 You may purchase multiple Flash-Sale treatments

4.4 You may purchase multiple Flash-Sale treatments for yourself or as gifts; however, each treatment must still be scheduled individually in line with clause 4.2.
4.5 If you wish to transfer a gifted treatment to a different recipient, you must notify us in writing at least 48 hours before the first scheduled appointment and provide the new recipient’s full contact details (age 18+).

SECTION 5 Cancellations & Rescheduling
5.1 All Flash-Sale bookings are covered by Tri Beauty’s standard Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, available at www.tribeauty.co.uk/policies (http://www.tribeauty.co.uk/policies). Please read it carefully before completing your purchase.
5.2 In brief:
(a) If you cancel, reschedule or fail to attend an appointment for any reason—including illness—you will forfeit 100 % of the monies paid.
(b) No partial refunds, credit notes or alternative dates will be offered.

5.4 In the unlikely event that Tri Beauty must cancel or postpone your appointment (e.g., staff illness or equipment failure), we will offer you the next available slot before 1 June 2026. Our liability will be limited to rescheduling the treatment—no cash refund will be provided.
SECTION 6 Health & Safety
6.1 A pre-treatment consultation and medical questionnaire must be completed by every client before any Flash-Sale treatment is carried out.
6.2 You agree to disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, skin sensitivities and recent aesthetic procedures. Information must be accurate and up-to-date.
